The Kingston Residents’ K-Pass also includes a discounted rate on Dining Cruises. You’ll also receive the exclusive VIP Guest Pass, which saves your guests $5 per adult ($2.50 for kids) on Cruises, and K-Pass.

The Kingston Residents’ K-Pass is available exclusively to Kingston Residents, and is not transferrable: only you can use your pass, and only you can use tickets obtained using your pass.
To have a pass issued in your name you must bring proof of address to Waterfront Gifts & Apparel. You can bring one piece of photo ID with address, or one piece of photo ID and two pieces of government or commercial mail showing your address, such as a utility bill or bank statement. We will take your photo, and you will be issued a photo-ID pass that only you can use. You cannot buy a pass for another person unless they are present at the time. Children do not require proof of address, but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian with proof of address.
